Server Settings

Configure server-wide settings for your TicketMesh ticket system including channels, language, and cleanup policies.

Administrator Required: All server configuration commands require Administrator permissions in your Discord server.

Interactive Setup Wizard

The setup wizard provides a guided configuration experience for all server settings.

Launch Setup Wizard
Start the interactive configuration process
/setup-wizard

This command opens an interactive interface that guides you through all configuration steps with visual progress tracking.

Ticket Category
Channel organization

Configure the Discord category where all ticket channels will be created and organized.

Panel Channel
Ticket creation interface

Set the channel where users can interact with ticket creation panels and buttons.

Transcript Channel
Conversation logs

Choose where closed ticket transcripts will be automatically saved for record keeping.

Error Log Channel
System monitoring

Optional channel for receiving system error notifications and debugging information.

Configuration Progress Tracking
The setup wizard shows real-time progress of your configuration
